Beginning in Jan 2018 we will be posting as much as possible our lesson plans for the coming weeks. Realize these are templates and not set in stone, though you can use them to plan your workout at home if you can’t make it to class.
I will try to add more instructional videos as well on the techniques.

Publish my Bullying Defense Book, I’ve been working on since August 2017.
Work on my own personal training more by stretching everyday, eating healthier, and reading more.
